After we've had a chance to chat about your project, we'll set the Plan in motion!
START IN 3 SIMPLE STEPS
1. We'll design a Customized Service Proposal that covers everything that we've discussed in the consult which will include the Scope of Services & (project-based) quote tailored to your budget. Pending your approval of all the specs, we'll send you a Contract to e-sign.
2. Once the Proposal and Contract are in place, we'll send you a secure link through Square to confidentially submit a 50% deposit.
3. After the deposit is received, we'll send you a Request Link (through Dropbox) to upload
your materials (photos, videos, audio). Just drag & drop!
Please note: We ask that no RAW files (unedited photography) be submitted as they take up too much space.
FINAL PHASE:
Once we've received your materials through the link, you'll get a confirmation email from us in order to ensure your peace of mind that we have exactly everything we need to go forward with your project.
- We'll deliver the 1st Draft for your Review & Approval, and enter Revisions, if needed.
- Finally, a non-watermarked Final Version is sent after the balance is paid.
Revisions: We will honor any revisions if needed. Be sure to indicate the time codes where the changes need to be made and we can take of that for you.
We have a simple 2-round draft policy beginning with the initial watermarked First Draft as we want to ensure your complete satisfaction. Usually, changes beyond that point are rare as we work with our clients so efficiently and get all materials etc. on the front end, maintaining a smooth process from inception to the Final Delivery.
